CHRISTMAS BENCH AREA INSPO

Another space in our kitchen I want to share with you today.  I actually have two spaces, the 4-tiered tray tower which I am sharing in a video on my Facebook page.  Here on the blog, I am sharing how I styled my bench and window frame for Christmas.  Tammy Patina and Paint will be sharing another space in her kitchen too.  I will have her link below.

I have everything cleaned and ready to decorate.

I placed my JOY sign up above the window frame.

Since I purchased the 4-tiered tray tower I don’t have a space large enough for a Christmas tree, so I decided to add a 3ft tree to the bench.  For a base for the tree, I will be using this apple basket.  To hide the apple pattern, I added a ribbon to the basket.

I sat the tree into the basket, fluffed the tree, added lights and decorated it with berries.

Next to the tree I added a little red lantern.

To one of the coat hooks I added a DIY bell door hanger I made out of Dollar General bells.

To another hook I placed another Dollar General wall hanger, I added more stems and ribbon.

I am so happy with how the bench area looks for Christmas.  A couple more spaces here in the kitchen and the kitchen will be all decorated for Christmas, I am so excited!

Make sure you go over and take a tour of Tammy’s kitchen countertops.

  1. I love how you decorate the bench area of your kitchen. It’s so cute and inviting. That basket is beautiful… the bells… it truly adds to the feel of the entire kitchen area. So pretty! Great job Terrie!

    1. Thanks Tammy. I really wanted to add my 6ft tree in the kitchen again this year but no room, I am loving having the little tree in the kitchen.
