Well, another room checked off. Only a couple large rooms and we can go outdoors and start decorating there.
Welcome back to Decorate with Us | Christmas Series 2022, in this series we are bringing you in our home to share how we decorate our homes for Christmas. Our hopes are to give you some inspiration to decorate your home this holiday season. I will have the other girl’s links down at the bottom of my page.
Laundry Room Decorated for Christmas
Let me show you how I decorated our laundry room this year for Christmas.
Shelf
Just like the other rooms in our home this season, I am going to stay to the color scheme in the laundry room. The first space I am going to decorate is the bench wall. I started with a DIY plaid frame I made with wrapping paper.
It goes great with the Christmas Tree Farm Fresh sign I picked up in Ross.
To each of the ends of the shelf I added two Dollar General faux Christmas trees.
I added some other Dollar General Christmas decors, wooden reindeer and cloth cushion Christmas tree to the shelf along with some pinecones.
Bench Wall
To the wall I placed a It’s a the most wonderful time of the year sign I purchased a couple of years ago in Hobby Lobby.
Bench Decor
Down on the bench I added to my farm fresh pail, a Tj Maxx farm fresh Christmas trees dish towel, pinecones, berries and a faux Christmas tree.
The towel is a perfect match with the sign up on the shelf.
Decorations Around the Room
Added a little faux Christmas tree and a red and white towel to the tray sitting on the washing machine. I keep vinegar and lavender in a spray bottle to clean the washer after a day of laundry.
To add touches of Christmas to the countertop, I added a JOY sign to the wall and a Dollar General Christmas ornament arrangement to the countertop.
Last space I decorated was my laundry grouping. I added my DIY Christmas pinecone swag to the middle of the frame.

Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
