SIMPLE EASTER TABLE

Hey there, if you are coming over from Cindy, Cloches and Lavender welcome to Decorate and More with Tip!  I am sure you were very inspired with Cindy’s Spring home decor.  Welcome back to the Blogger’s Seasonal Inspiration hop.  Cindy and myself decided to gather up a few friends to share some inspiration, what better way to get a full dose of inspiration than a great blog hop?  I will have all of our friend’s blog links at the bottom of my page.

Today, I am sharing my simple Easter table in the kitchen.  On the kitchen table I normally don’t style a full tablescape, I changed my every day table by adding some pastels and a few Easter decorations.

When I started to decorate the kitchen table I scanned my linen drawer to find a table covering.  I picked out the DIY drop cloth table runner I made with a pink and brown stripe.

To check out how I made the table runner you can go to the tutorial here → TABLE RUNNER.

I looked at what was left of my Easter decorations to see what I can use on the table.  I grabbed the white bunny with the pretty head dress.  The colors are perfect for the room so I placed her in the center of the table with a basket.  I layered faux cabbage leaves in the basket and added decorated Easter eggs inside.

Next I added a white pitcher with a pink gingham ribbon around the neck and tucked in some faux tulips inside.

In front of the pitcher I added 4 stacked bunny plates with an Easter votive cup sitting on top.

Inspired by the colors of Easter I placed my pastel napkins under the plate tucking the ends under the charger.

The little treat basket I created myself.  I will be sharing the DIY video tutorial on my social media tomorrow.  Be sure to jump over to one of my social media to watch how I made the treat basket.

Since we will be heading to Kristin’s home for Easter brunch there was no need to decorate a full tablescape.  I enjoy having my table decorated for Easter.
