Do you want a simple table without fuss but still look nice for the Easter Season?   I like to decorate our dining room table instead of setting it in a tablescape.   If you are like I am you might want to keep reading for some inspiration on your table.

Before I start sharing my Easter table, I want to mention that Tammy Patina and Paint and Corine Junk to Gems will be sharing their Easter tables up on their blog as well.  I will have their blog links at the bottom of my page.

A Simple Easter Table

• Table covering

I used a lacy tablecloth slightly smaller than the table.  I’ve had this for a very long time for our kitchen table.  Adding it to our dining room table brings texture and a little elegancy.

• Centerpiece

To create my centerpiece, I used my candleholders to add a glow to the table and in the middle of the candleholders I sat my DIY Easter bowl arrangement.  To watch me put the arrangement together click here EASTER ARRANGEMENT.

• Place setting

To each place setting I added a wooden textured charger plate.  The chargers matches the bowl of the Easter arrangement.  To the charger I added my China salad plate.

The plate has all the colors of the florals in the centerpiece.

To embellish the place setting, I added a knotted cream napkin, an Easter egg holder and a cream wooden egg.
