Hey there, I am SO excited to have an entryway table to share with you!! Today, I’m sharing an Amazon table I received just the other day.
Before I share how I styled my new entryway table I want to tell you about the table I found on Amazon and how I changed it to fit my styled home.
The table has simple clean lines combined with decorative tapered legs, this console table is versatile for any styled home. The hardware is an antique bronze-tone zinc alloy handles which adds a unique charm. It states light grey in color, however, it’s more of an olive green to greenish taupe shade of grey.
I love the style and size of the table, but the color didn’t blend with our home. Like I do normally, I grab the paint brush and paint.
I love the paint color of Cracked Pepper by Behr, it is a soft black color which adds sophistication to a space.
After painting the table with the cracked pepper I spray painted the hardware with metallic gold spray paint.
The past couple years I styled our entryway with a bench; however, with the new entryway table I am replacing the bench.
I am mixing new and returning decorations here in our entryway. Coming back on the wall is my Kirkland’s Home Sweet Home sign.
When I am styling a table, I keep in mind; color theme, balance, and scale, all of these contributes to a visually appealing setting.
Since my table is up against the white board and batten wall, I created a focal point for the space to draw the eye upward.
I am on the hunt for a mirror but until I find one, I added a piece of colorful framed art for a striking statement.
To the table I started with lighting, instead of a lamp I added a Black Taper Candle Holders with two ivory taper candles.
I raised the height of the candleholder by placing it on a hardcover book I found on Amazon. Made for Living Hardcover book.
Balancing out the other side of the book and candle holder, I placed my DIY Vase High End Dupe with spring flowering branches.
To complete the styling of the table, I added a round wooden bowl to give a small accent to the table.
To achieve balance to the lower shelf, I added the wicker trunk to give your eyes a visual appealing piece that doesn’t overwhelm the table or draw attention away from the top of the table.
Extra decorating spacing in my table I have two cubbies with glass doors. I placed one white vase with a green topiary ball to each cubby.
And here is the new look of my entryway with the Amazon table. I love the new color and how the gold hardware pops.
I hope you enjoyed my makeover Amazon entry table and how I styled it. It should show you how you can change an inexpensive piece to make it look high end in your home.
