Welcome into my Christmas kitchen! ♥
This week I shared a couple DIYs I did for the kitchen and thought I would share my kitchen with you today. What better time since it is clean and presentable. 🙂
This Christmas season has been fun bringing back some glam and sparkle into our home. The colors I chose for the kitchen are polished copper and gold. The polished copper blends well with the rose gold and blush in the other part of our Christmas home. If you missed Our Christmas Foyer Tour I shared on Tuesday you can go {{HERE}}.

Let’s get touring!
With decorating in a different color than red, I had to do a couple of DIYs and purchase a few new things. I will try to link where you can purchase my items or similar ones I used just in case you want them in your Christmas kitchen.
I am keeping things a little simple on my counter tops.
The believe sign was taken off of an old Christmas decor, I just sat it on my range with a candle. The candle I found at Marshall’s. The scent is white tea lavender. Smells awesome. Here is one on Amazon White Tea Lavendar Candle. The BELIEVE sign I found one similiar. BELIEVE
Near the range I placed a copper ribbon on the pitcher where I store my wooden utensils and my Thomas Kinkade, Village Christmas to the side. Here is one on Amazon that is available. Thomas Kinkade Glow House Christmas Village.
In the corner I made a Christmas floral out of left over material from and old arrangement, another BELIEVE sign and a battery operated lantern. The lantern I purchased at Old Time Pottery you can see it here 9″ Lantern with LED Candle.
In my corner curio wall cabinet, I placed a musical vintage Santa and a small gold Christmas tree.
The little light up Christmas tree I purchased at Dollar Tree and the Vintage Musical Santa I had for years.
On the other side of the cooking area is my sink area. I decided to create a Hot Chocolate station. I am not a coffee drinker and my husband, Jim only drinks one cup in the morning on the weekends. The Keurig is best for us so I put away the big coffee pot for when we have guest and keep our Keurig out.
I placed white chocolate and hot chocolate Keurig cups in a glass container and in a Christmas tree glass container I placed a few spice creamers for when Jim wants his cup of coffee.
I found some white chocolate cups on amazon LAND O LAKES Cocoa Single Serve K Cups – Arctic White.
I place some copper paper straws in a Dollar Tree vase and the three little canisters I placed a few favorites, marshmallows, toffee chips and peppermint candies to have to add to our hot chocolate.
Found the straws and canisters on Amazon Copper straws and small canisters.
As you can see I am using my DIY framed chalkboard. I added a snowflake to one of the top corners and wrote the saying “Baby it’s COLD outside”. If you missed the tutorial on how I made the framed chalkboard you can go {{HERE}}. To the side of my frame I have my DIY Christmas Ball. If you missed that tutorial you can check it out {{HERE}}.
I purchased the two copper mugs on Amazon. I wanted mugs that can be used for hot beverages. VonShef set of two mugs.
I added a bottle brush tree and Christmas towels to my holder near the sink to give it a touch of Christmas.
Table Area
I placed a DIY magnolia wreath in the HOME wall decor. In the corner I placed baskets. If you want to see the tutorial on how I make a magnolia wreath you can check that out {{HERE}}.
The HOME wall plaque was a DIY. You can check the tutorial out {{HERE}}.
Placing pinecones, lights and magnolia leaves inside the top basket.
In the corner my Kitchen Christmas tree! On the tree I added copper and gold decorations.
The little Santa is an ornament. Every year I have an Ornament exchange party at our home and this was the ornament I got to keep for my own. It goes perfect on this year’s Christmas tree, don’t you think?
On the mirror I sat a BELIEVE word. Didn’t realize that my kitchen had so many BELIEVE words in it. Unbelievable! 🙂
The mirror and shelf was another DIY, you can check that tutorial out {{HERE}}.
My little thrift store chair with a glass block light I sat under the mirror next to the tree.
I set the table very simple. In the center you might notice my Christmas centerpiece. If you missed my blog on how I changed the look of this you can go {{HERE}}
The place setting I used my revamped Dollar Tree gold charger plates I painted copper. I painted them to use on my 2017 Christmas Tablescape. You can check that table out {{HERE}}.
To keep the ornament from moving around I added some poster tack (from Dollar Tree) to the bottom of the ornament.
My hutch, I just love the polished copper on the painted white piece.
I added a Christmas pillow to my spare chair. Found the pillow with Christmas trees online at Pier 1, they are running buy one get one 50% off now. Beaded Scattered Gold Trees Pillow
The bottom shelf is where I display my sugar cookie utensils.
I placed my cookie cutters in a glass container, I found at the Habitat for only $1.00. The back container is where I hold my flour . Can’t make cookies without the main ingredients. Found the copper cookie cutters on Amazon Wilton Copper Plated Cookie Cutter Set Have a Merry & Bright dish towel also on Amazon – The hand towel Polished lid canister found on a clearance shelf at TjMaxx – here is one similar Bormioli Rocco Glass Co Fido Square Metallic Lid Jar, 33.75 oz, Copper – The copper whisk was also purchased on Amazon copper whisk.
The middle shelf I added my JOY word along with some copper decor. The copper tree was purchased from Pier 1 – 10″ Metallic Christmas tree. The little deer was purchased at Dollar Tree, I shared that with you earlier, I painted it rose gold. The ornaments I found at Old Time Pottery. The beaded garland I purchased at Hobby Lobby, I painted the tassels rose gold.
Top Shelf I added two of my DIY copper chargers, two Christmas pinecone trees. The bronze deer I found at TjMaxx a couple of years ago. I painted his antlers rose gold this year. AND……Taken center stage is Santa himself. I purchased him a while back from Ross. I touched some areas with rose gold to his suit.
Stay strong and stay blessed!
XO Terrie
Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
