Decorate with Us is back, this week we are in the kitchen. Kicking off with the eating area of our kitchen. Y’all know my blogging bestie, Tammy Patina and Paint will be sharing her kitchen this week as well. I will have her video and blog linked at the bottom of my page.
Yesterday, I kicked off my decorating with a lantern I will be placing in the center of our kitchen table. To see how I created that you could view on both of my social media.

Holiday Kitchen Decoration Ideas
Today, I am decorating my Hobby Lobby 4-tiered wooden shelf, Bench area and finishing my kitchen table decor. I have a video of me decorating the table and bench on my social media. I will share some photos of how it all looks below. But for now, I want to show you how I decorated the tiered shelf for Christmas.
Christmas 4-Tiered Wooden Shelf and HOME Wall Decor
First let’s take a look at my HOME wall plaque and the wreath I placed with it.
The wreath fits perfectly with the look I want for the space.
Since I am not putting a Christmas tree in the kitchen, I will bring a bundle of Christmas greenery to this corner with my 4-tiered shelf!
To one side of the shelving unit, I tacked on a Kirkland’s berry and pinecone garland.
To each tray I placed Christmas wreaths sticking in berries, pinecones and different types of Christmas greenery to create a similar look as the Kirkland’s garland.
On the larger trays I placed arrangements to fill the center of the wreaths. The third tray I placed my China Votive Santa from Dillard’s Trimmings.
To the bottom tray I placed a wooden box arrangement. Tucking it into the center formed a nice setting.
Here are the other top two trays.
I added a strand of fairy lights to the entire tray to brighten up the corner.
Not a tree, but sure feels close to one being in the corner.
Bench Area
Above the DIY window frame I hung it’s a wonderful life sign I received from Rustic Country Home.
On the coat hooks I placed a wooden beaded garland and a twig snowflake.
For the bench I added a red corduroy pillow I found on Amazon. Under the pillow I placed a comfy throw to add softness to the bench.
I used my copper coal bucket to hold a Christmas garland. I added berry picks to the garland to add berries and pinecones to the bench. To finish the bench decorations, I placed a small Kirkland’s gold bell with a red velvet ribbon in front of the bucket of greenery.
I do love the look of this Christmas bench!
Kitchen Table Decor
In the center of the table, I added my lantern from Kirkland’s with a berry wreath, battery-operated candle and a velvet ribbon. A simple centerpiece for Christmas. To each place setting I added a red braided placemat.
I love all the pretty chandeliers decorated for Christmas, but my fear would be droppings of garland falling into our dinner plate as we eat. So I found another option to decorate our chandelier. I used a pack of 4 cedar napkin rings from Kirkland’s and velvet ribbon to add to each candle to our light fixture.
Thanks for stopping by my page today! Tomorrow we will be decorating our hutches for Christmas!
