After all the Easter decorations are all packed away, I have been doing some cleaning and decorating giving some areas a refresh. The mantel is one of those areas.
I shopped our home for things to place on the mantel. By using things in a different place, it feels like new decor pieces. I love how the mantel looks and gives the family room the focal point it desires.
I kept my mirror door panels up above the mantel; I placed a Kirkland’s frame in front of one of them. (The frame is no longer available).
Next to the frame I placed my DIY Dollar Tree Riser. Sitting on the riser I placed a vase I painted for the mantel decor. I also placed a greenery bundle inside the vase.
To the other side, I added two vases, both were from Dollar General last year. I placed eucalyptus stems in the taller vase.
Next to the vases I added a wooden tray with wooden beads.
To finish the mantel, I added three black iron candlesticks.
The candles are one of my favorite Amazon candles I have, The Tapered Battery-Operated Remote-Control Candles.
To the hearth I placed back my black and wood lanterns.
Thanks for stopping by, I will be sharing more of our home with you soon!

Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
