Well….This will be the last of my Easter blogs!  I just can’t believe Easter will be here in 3 days.  I will be using both tables this weekend, one being with a group of friends Saturday and for Easter, a brunch with both of our children at this table.  Looking forward to some friend and family time.

Today, I set the table for our Easter brunch with the kids.  I am setting the table in pink and blue.  I hope I inspired you with my simple table setting.  The inspiration for my table was the little bunny plates I found at TjMaxx.  They didn’t have any left when I went back to purchase more to add to my set. 🙁  They are just adorable.

The bunny’s bow tie and the polka-dots just screams cute.

Look at the little napkin rings.  I shared yesterday how I made those.  If you missed my tutorial on the napkin rings you can check those out DIY BUNNY NAPKIN RINGS.

The runner is my lace table cloth that I tri-folded and placed in the center of the table.

I placed my pink tulips in a vase and two DIY votive candle holders to the center of the table.  Let me share how I made the little candle holders.

Here is what I used.

• Two Dollar Tree GLASS TAPER CANDLE STICKS
• Two Dollar Tree PLASTIC WINE STEM
• Two Dollar Tree FLAMELESS LED VOTIVE CANDLE
• Pink medium wide ribbon
• Hot glue gun and glue sticks

Remove the stem of the cup and place the cup into the candle stick where you would place the candle.  Since the cup is plastic I am using battery operated candles, around the candle I wrapped a piece of ribbon and added a dab of hot glue to secure the ribbon.  That’t it.  Isn’t this adorable?  You can’t tell the votive cup is plastic can you?

I added my DIY  natural wood bead and jute tassel garland to the center.

My Easter table is simple and it’s ready for our family to sit around and visit.
