Hey there! On today’s blog I’m working in the kitchen this morning. I decided to give my hutch a mini makeover. I will be using sand paper and 1 roll of Peel and Stick wallpaper to change the look of my hutch.

Here is the hutch before I started working on it this morning.
I like my hutch as it is now, but I think with this idea I have in my head I am going to love it!! I can’t wait to share this with you.
I found a shiplap peel and stick wallpaper on Amazon. I only need one roll for the back of my hutch. This will be a very inexpensive makeover.

My thoughts were to remove the shelving to apply easily with three pieces, but….when doing the last makeover I caulked the shelves. So to remove the shelves I was afraid I would damage the sides and back of the cabinet. I wallpapered the back with the shelves in.
The next two sections wasn’t hard I had to make sure the lines all lined up.
On the last makeover I painted a faux shiplap, this peel and stick wallpaper brought it to a whole different level.
Next, taking my sanding block to all the edges and details.
The cabinet blends better distressed with the wallpaper.
Added my decorations back to the hutch same as before.
I had a lot of fun doing this project. It didn’t take very long. I will be picking up more sand paper to distress my table and chairs. 🙂
