Hello Friends! Welcome to the start of Spending 30 days before Christmas with Terrie! I am so excited and hope you will be too. I want to take you along with me on how I prepare for the Christmas holiday. I will share with you on decorating my home, trimming our trees, Christmas DIY, how I wrap presents, my Christmas tablescapes for dinner parties and preparing for my holiday parties. And lastly, touring our Christmas home! It will be a full 30 days of activities that I hope I can inspire you or giving you enjoyment viewing my activities. That’s the purpose of my blog. So, if you see something that you want to do in your home…..YOU DO IT! I would be honored and tickled that you like my decor that much to want it in your home!
Let me explain. I will not be blogging every day…….I don’t want you to get tired of me! Please! But I will do the 30 days in my normal 3 days of blogging. So…Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s I will be updating my blog. SO please! to make sure you don’t miss a thing go over to the right side of my page and type in your first name and email address (NEVER MISS A POST) you will get an email from me with my new day’s blog. It is so much easier for me to have you sign up. If not, you will have to wait until I post it on my social media. If you don’t want to receive my emails after the holiday you can click to unsubscribe. Which I hope you would never want to do but it is an option for you. Anyway….I am just happy you are here!
I know that we still have Thanksgiving and I shouldn’t be decorating for Christmas before that special holiday. I am sorry that some of you feel that way, so let me explain my reason…First off….I love Thanksgiving and I give thanks every day of my life. I love spending time with my family and celebrating the blessings I have in my life. I for one will always thank God for all my blessings! I have had the scare that it all can change after one conversation. Decorating for one holiday before the other doesn’t make me a bad person it just means that I need more time to prepare. Second…….I love the Christmas season. Decorating starts (for me) the second week of November. It takes me a while to decorate my home since I do more than one room. By the first of December all the activities start and I like to have the home decorated and ready.
As always thank you for stopping by!
Don’t forget to follow me on Instagram and Facebook. And jump over on Pinterest and see what all I pin. I would love to follow you on your journey so come find me, follow me and I will be sure to follow you back!
Don’t forget to sign up to NEVER MISS A POST.
Stay strong and stay blessed!
Terrie
Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
