How to decorated with summer’s classic home décor
Some of you may notice my DIY window frame, I am very proud of this project. To see the tutorial of the project click here → DIY WINDOW FRAME.
My wreath has variety of greenery, mini lemons and white flowers. I purchased the wreath on Amazon, it’s an inexpensive wreath. That being said, it’s made out of plastic. You can find the wreath here → LEMON WREATH
My bench, also purchased on Amazon, sits nicely under my frame. It would have been easy to build myself, however, I took the easier way and purchased it. 🙂 Soon it will be getting a new coat of paint and stain, it’s on my to-do list. To find my bench click here → WOODEN BENCH
To one side of the bench I placed my sunflower pillow, if you have followed my back porch project you should notice this was originally purchased for the porch. Change of plans, it found it’s home on the bench. 🙂 To find the pillow you can click here → SUNFLOWER PILLOW
To the other side I added my lemon framed art, I purchased at Hobby Lobby a couple years ago. I found one similar on Amazon to view that you can click here → LEMON FRAME
To finish the decorations I added an oblong basket with lemon stems tucked inside. The lemons takes center stage with their bright yellow color and dark green leaves. To find the lemon stems you can click here → LEMON STEMS
Last but not least, I hung my DIY lemon wreath to the HOME wall décor. To check out my lemon wreath tutorial click here → LEMON WREATH TUTORIAL

Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
Lemons- lemonade– perfect for summertime. You’ve styled that area very nicely for summer!
Lemons are very classic, and I love how you used them in your lovely decor!
Happy Summer!

Terrie,
I love it and lemons say summer. They are so fresh and bright. I’m loving the new bench. It’s perfect with the window you made.
Great job!
Thanks Cindy. I do love the two together. This hop made me stop and give it some attention. Next is giving the bench a fresh coat of paint and stain.
I love your summer decor! It’s so bright and cheery. The lemon wreath is so pretty! It looks real!
Thanks Michelle. I do like the wreath and the price was such a great deal, wish it was silk but oh well.
Terrie I love the pop of yellow with all of your decor. It’s absolutely perfect for summer. Great job on making the window, you are so talented! What a pretty space to see from your kitchen everyday.
Thank you Tammy. I do love my window frame and the bench area. I really haven’t decorated it like I should. Glad the hop came because it pushed me to do it.
