Welcome to Decorate and More with Tip! It’s the first Wednesday of the month, which means it’s time for the monthly DIY Challenge. This month’s theme we are sharing one of our favorite Fall recipes. We have 9 Fall recipes to share with you, at the bottom of my page I will link all of their recipes.

I’m not Betty Crocker that’s for sure, so when I do cook I like easy recipes to follow. Here’s one of my favorite desserts to make, it’s so simple, all you do is dump and stir. Seriously, it’s that easy! However, it looks and taste like it took a long time to prepare.
Easiest Pumpkin Apple Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 15oz can of pumpkin
- 1 large can of apple pie filling
- 1 – 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 box of yellow or white cake mix
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of butter – softened
Instructions
- Combine the first three ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Mix thoroughly
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into a 9 x 13 dish and spread out evenly.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- In a different mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients, cut in the butter.
- Evenly crumble the cake mixture on the top of the pumpkin mixture.
- Bake for 45 – 60 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and enjoy!
Of course, I took the first piece while it was still warm. 🙂
EASIEST PUMPKIN APPLE COBBLER RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1 15 OZ CAN PUMPKIN
- 1 LARGE CAN OF APPLE PIE FILLING
- 1 - 2 TSP PUMPKIN SPICE
- 1 BOX WHITE OR YELLOW CAKE MIX
- 1/2 CUP OATMEAL
- 1/4 CUP CINNAMON
- 1/2 CUP BUTTON SOFTENED
Instructions
- COMBINE FIRST THREE INGREDIENTS AND SPREAD INTO A 9 X 13 BAKING DISH
- HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
- COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL - CUT IN THE BUTTER
- CRUMBLE CAKE MIXTURE OVER THE PUMPKIN MIXTURE
- BAKE FOR 45 - 60 MINUTES
- TOP WITH YOUR FAVORITE TOPPING

Terrie, I’ve never thought of combining pumpkin with apple, but it sounds delicious. I love cobbler so this is great for the fall. Thank you for hosting. Great topic.
