When decorating my coffee table the first thing I like to keep in mind is keeping it easy to remove to dust the table. With that in mind I like using a large item to house all my decorations I want to place on my table. Let me show you how I will be styling my coffee table in the Family room this season!!
I gathered the things I wanted to decorate the table with.

I brought out my large round tray. I purchased this tray in HomeGoods several years ago. Like most of my items I changed up the original look, it has been painted and now distressed.
I grabbed one of my small wicker baskets to place on the tray, placing it in the back of the tray. I purchased the basket on Amazon, the baskets came in a set of 3.
To add ambiance to the vignette I added my two candleholders, they are one of the staple pieces I use for the coffee table. I purchased the candleholders on Amazon, the two battery operated candles also on Amazon as well.
Giving the tray a pop of color I am placing a blue glass vase inside the basket. The vase use to be my daughter’s. She purchased it years ago at Marshall’s.
To the vase I am placing three white Paniculate hydrangea stems. I purchased the stems at Hobby Lobby.
Adding more texture to the vignette, I placed greenery in front of the basket. I purchased the vase of Lamb’s Ear at TjMaxx.
Adding the last staple piece to my coffee table vignette, I love using my prayer beads on my table. I draped them on the basket, running across the side and hanging them off the edge of the tray. I purchased the wooden beads on Amazon and made the prayer beads with twine.
My coffee table has a lower layer. Mr. Tip loves to sit his reading glasses and a few other things on the table. Adding the basket to the bottom helps keep them neatly hidden away. I added a few decorative boxes and an artichoke sculpture in front of the basket.
And that’s how I am styling the coffee table this season. How are you styling yours? Maybe I gave you a little inspiration here on my coffee table.

Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
