Line and 8x8 backing dish with parchment paper and spray with pam. Set a side.
Mix together in a microvavable bowl, 1 ½ cup of white chocolate chips with ⅔ cups of condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Microwave for 25 minutes, stir well and reheat additional 20 minutes until all chocolate is melted.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and drops of food coloring. Add food coloring until the desired color.
Pour into lined baking dish, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Make another batch of white chocolate without food coloring.
Pour over the pink chocolate, add sprinkles and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
