VALENTINE FUDGE RECIPE

Today we are sharing some fun Valentine’s treat with you.  It’s a perfect time to get into the kitchen and make sweet treats for your special Valentine, right?  At the bottom of my page I will be sharing Tammy Patina and Paint and Corine Junk to Gems link to their favorite sweet treat!

My sweet treat is fudge, using white chocolate to create a pink and white layered fudge with sprinkles.  Such an easy recipe has only a couple ingredients and steps to create this sweet.  I will have the recipe for you to print out below, now let’s start making fudge.

The ingredients you will need:

  • White chocolate chips
  • Pink chocolate (optional)
  • Condensed milk
  • Vanilla
  • Red, pink and white sprinkles
  • Salt
  • Red or Pink food coloring

To an 8×8 baking dish, line with parchment paper sprayed with Pam.  Set aside.

Bottom Layer

Add 1 ½ cup of chips, 2/3 cup of condensed milk and a pinch of salt in a microwavable bowl.  *Note:  if you are using white chips, use 2 – 4 drops of food coloring.

Place in the microwave for 25 seconds.  Heat for 20 minutes at a time until all chocolate is melted.

Once melted, add vanilla, mix well.

Pour into the lined 8×8 baking dish.

Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Top Layer

Mix the white chips, the other half of the condensed milk and pinch of salt.

Microwave until melted, add vanilla.

Pour over the chilled pink bottom fudge layer.

Add Valentine’s sprinkles before the fudge gets firm.

Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.  Cute and enjoy!

 

Valentine Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips divided into 1 ½ cups
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk divided into ⅔ cup
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 - 4 drops red or pink food coloring
  • Valentine's Day sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Line and 8x8 backing dish with parchment paper and spray with pam. Set a side.
  • Mix together in a microvavable bowl, 1 ½ cup of white chocolate chips with ⅔ cups of condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Microwave for 25 minutes, stir well and reheat additional 20 minutes until all chocolate is melted.
  • Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and drops of food coloring. Add food coloring until the desired color.
  • Pour into lined baking dish, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Make another batch of white chocolate without food coloring.
  • Pour over the pink chocolate, add sprinkles and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.

    1. The fudge is very tasty and sweet. I do love fudge and the only time we eat fudge is around Christmas time. It is one of my favorite recipes, so easy!
