Buffalo Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 cups butter softened
- 2 cups brown sugar packed
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups corn flakes slightly crumbled
- 4 cups all purposed flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 2 cups pecans chopped
Blend together: butter, brown sugar and sugar
Stir: 4 eggs, vanilla, oats, corn flakes, baking soda, baking powder, chips and pecans.
Gradually add flour
Place cookie mixture on an ungreased cookie sheet. Space cookies 2 to 3 inches apart. Cook 10 to 12 minutes
