DIY CHRISTMAS ARRANGEMENT

Are you ready for a Walmart Christmas item?  I am so excited to show you what I did with a Walmart red flocked nutcracker!  Christmas is still over two months away, but it’s never too early to start thinking about how you want to decorate your home.  Today I’m sharing my Christmas arrangement, and I hope you will get some inspiration for your own Christmas home.

Have you seen the flocked nutcrackers at Walmart?  When I was shopping with my mom, I spotted them, I picked up one of the red larger one.  I couldn’t wait to get started on a Christmas arrangement for our Christmas home.

How to dress up a Walmart flocked nutcracker.

I used gold twisted rope, glitter ribbon and diamond wrapped ribbon.  For his belt buckle, I used one diamond and gold button.

I used clear tacky glue to apply all the embellishments on.

Here is how he looks with all the gold embellishments.

To one side of his neck, I added a bouquet of Christmas greenery and a bow.

Creating an arrangement with the Walmart flocked nutcracker.

I used a wooden small tray for the base of my arrangement.

I also hot glued floral foam to the other side of the base.

Hot gluing a ceramic village to the center of the foam.

Using several pieces of Christmas greenery, I stuck the stems in the foam all around the little house.  Finishing off the arrangement, with a bow.

The ribbon will be changed as soon as I pick out what ribbons I will be using this Christmas holiday.

I hope you got some ideas on decorating the Walmart nutcracker and creating an arrangement with one of your favorite theme items.  This could be done with a Santa, Snowman, etc.  It doesn’t have to be a nutcracker.
