I am creating a cute Easter craft; it was quite simple to create. If you want to know how I made the little Dollar Tree craft keep on reading!
Dollar Tree Decor Craft Tutorial
Materials needed:
- Egg plaque from Dollar Tree
- Material
- Cotton Balls
- Needle and thread
- Faux grass bundle
- Terracotta pot
- Floral foam
- Hot glue and glue gun
- Paint
- Spackle
- Ribbon
- Sprigs of flowers
Instructions:
Remove one egg from the ribbon package. Cover the back of the hole with masking tape, fill the hole with spackle, let dry and sand smooth.
Paint your egg the color of your choice.
Cut out 6 bunny ear shapes out of your material.
With small amount of cotton, place the cotton in between the ear shaped material. Sew the two pieces together with needle and thread.
I created 2 ears and 4 paws.
Added Happy Easter and a bow to hide the spackled hole.
Added polka dots to the egg with the end of a paint brush.
Creating a little planter of grass by poking the grass sprigs into the foam.
I decorated my egg with pieces of flowers.
Glue the egg to the terracotta pot. That’s it!
