Welcome back in the family room where I am decorating the room for fall. Today we will be styling the coffee table and the end tables.
Starting off with Hobby Lobby black two handle terracotta vase. This vase is a great coffee table vase, because it is a lower type of vessel. Inside the vase I added the Hobby Lobby oak, and pinecone bush.
Sitting to the side of the vase are two of my thrift store brass candlesticks. I placed two tapered battery-operated candles to each candlestick.
To the taller candlestick I tied a brown velvet ribbon, it’s simple, but yet an effective way to warm up the metal.
In front of the vase and candlesticks is a small wooden cake stand I found in Dollar General. I stained it with espresso to give it a darker appearance. On top of the wooden riser is a candle jar with the scent White Pumpkin, I purchased this candle last year in Beall’s discount store.
To finish the coffee table, I placed 3 wired acorns, 2 to one side and one to the other side. Sitting them in different directions.
Laying them in different directions allows the eye to move around the table, creating a more interesting and dynamic layout.
Now to the other tables, I have 3 end table styling to show you.
The first one is a frame I purchased in Kirkland’s. This was Kehlani’s first fall season. I tried to place newer photos in the frame but none of them looks perfect as this one does, so I am leaving it in.
The next table is very small, I placed a Hobby Lobby brown maple leaf pick in my wooden vase sitting next to a wooden acorn I found in TjMaxx.
The last end table is the larger of the three, I placed a vase with faux fall blooms (not sure where I purchased this bundle), an orange mercury glass pumpkin I picked up years ago in Tj Maxx and some wooden beads.
Alright that will end the blog post on today’s blog post. I really hope you enjoyed looking at how I decorated my tables here in the family room.
Tomorrow I am sharing a cute reel on my Facebook page, and my YouTube channel of my arched cabinet styling looks. I hope you go up to one of them and see how it looks all dressed up in fall.

Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
