Keeping with the same color pumpkins in the room made it super easy to decorate. I even pulled out planters from outside to decorate with. Let me show you how I decorated our mantel.
And don’t miss at the end: Tammy Patina and Paint will be showing her mantel she styled for Fall.
Fall Mantel
I first place one of my lanterns to one side of the mantel, with the dark stain of the lantern it blends so nicely with the dark stain furniture in the room, plus it brings some ambiance to the mantel.
The next piece was my DIY Anthropology Vase Dupe I just love how the vase turned out, it is a beautiful piece to display anywhere in our home. I placed 2 Hobby Lobby Burgundy and Green Mixed Berry Bundles to the vase, fanned the stems around and that’s how easy it was to create the arrangement.
After I placed the two anchor pieces, I started adding the fillers to the mantel. To the center I placed a Kirkland’s Welcome to the Pumpkin Patch sign, to the side of the sign I placed some fall greenery stems, a white pumpkin and some fall leaves.
To decorate around the lantern, I added more greenery, leaves and pumpkins. The pumpkins I revamped to terracotta pumpkins and painted some white. Leaves, greenery and pumpkins, what else screams Fall?
Filling the other side of the mantel with more of the greenery, pumpkins and leaves.
The Hearth
To finish the fireplace, I added one planter to the hearth. I brought in one of our outdoor planters, cleaned it up and gave it a fresh coat of paint. It gave the hearth a perfect touch of Fall after adding greenery, leaves and more pumpkins.
I placed one pumpkin to the hearth next to the planter.
I hope you were inspired by something I have styled on my mantel. Let me know what you think of my fall mantel and hearth this year.
