DECORATE WITH ME | FALL SCREENED IN PORCH

Taking you outside today to share how I decorated our screened-in porch for Fall.  I don’t know why I haven’t decorated this for Fall before.

Before I get into the blog post today I wanted to welcome all my new followers and my new guest coming over from Tammy Patina and Paint blog post.  This Fall season, Tammy, Corine and myself are bringing you into our homes to share our Fall decorations.  It is fun to watch other people decorate their homes, not only for inspiration but just to see them decorate. 🙂  At the bottom of my page I will share Tammy’s blog link to her back patio Fall tour.

I was determined to shop our home for the items I use for the porch.  When I figured out the colors I wanted to use I started with pillow covers.

I also pulled out a soft plush throw blanket for cool evenings.

For the coffee table I would of love to change the fabric of the cushions, but since I didn’t have any in my stash I left it as is.

Using my DIY Dollar Tree racing track lantern, my candy corn prayer beads and a pumpkin I painted to fit the colors on my Kirkland’s clearance tray.

Next to the swing I have a Pier 1 lantern on a stand and two orange pumpkins.  I used the two leaf garlands, wrapping one around the stand and tucking the other one inside the lantern.

To the other side of the swing I placed several Fall items.  Starting with my Hello Fall sign I ordered from Corine’s shop Junk to Gems.   I placed on a brick hook above the table.  I added my DIY Fall basket arrangement and a few pumpkins down below.

For the table I pulled out my Orange and White DIY buffalo chargers to use instead of a place mat.

For the centerpiece I added an orange pitcher, two bundles of Kirkland’s stem and two Walmart pumpkins I had in my Fall stash.  Very simple but cute.

All the things I already had really pulled together nicely.  I did have to paint and create a couple things, that was the fun part!  Let’s look at how it all turned out.

Now let’s go over to Tammy’s patio and see how she has it styled for Fall.
