Today, I will be sharing how I styled my bookshelf unit, chest of drawers, chair and bifold door for Christmas. At the bottom of my page, I will be sharing Tammy’s link on how she styled her built ins.
Christmas Home Decor Inspiration
The chair and bifold door
Starting with the JOY door hanger I purchased last year in Hobby Lobby.
Chest of drawers
I added three trees, one I found in Hobby Lobby and the other two in Dollar General (link available) this year.
The two reindeer were found in Dollar General.
The large lantern and the small lantern were also purchased in Dollar General. I painted the white lanterns red to go with my Christmas decorations.
At the end of the setting, I added two Christmas berry picks with a bow to complete the look.
Bookshelf unit
To the top, I added a Dollar Tree springy Christmas tree along with a Joy wording plaque.
First shelf
Found these cute mercury glass Christmas trees in Dollar General. They came in two sizes, what perfect way to display them, right?
Second shelf
I love the mercury glass ornaments and container I placed on the shelf, I placed a frame in the center.
Third shelf
Another Dollar General find for Christmas was this Meet me under the mistletoe sign, so cute! I did change it up to fit the display.
Bottom shelf
I placed my Dollar General basket with two Christmas stems placed next to two Christmas plain pillows.
I am very happy with how the back wall looks; I hope I inspired you with something I styled. Thanks for stopping by while I decorate our Family room this Christmas holiday!

Stay strong and God bless! ♥
Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
Terrie your back wall in you family room is gorgeous! Love all of the inspiration you shared and can’t wait to see the rest of the room!
Thank you so much Tammy. I am loving how the room is starting to look.
