Hot glue one edge of the spool.
Take your ribbon and wrap around the old empty spool.
Cover the spool until you have it completely covered.
cut your bling wrap ribbon
3 studs across and 17 studs down
I used 106 pieces
Place some glue on your cone.
Placing the diamond wrap strip to your cone. You will want to loop it where the studs are facing you.
Place the loops on the cone when the end of the cone part is in the center of the loop.
Always place your loop half way on the cone and half way on the bottom loop.
Continue all the around to the top of the tree.
I ended up with using 3 loops for the top.
I hot glued a crystal star ornament on top of my tree. You can use any type of embellishment you want.
I placed mine on a tray with a Christmas arrangement and a candle.
Hope you enjoyed this little DIY.
