I am still sharing the 12 Days of Christmas in July; we are on Day 7. Today, I am sharing the tutorial on how to make a fluffy snowman wreath.
How to Make a Fluffy Snowman Wreath
Materials
- small and large wicker wreath
- 5 dust mop pads
- Santa’s hat and scarf
- hot glue
- 3 zip ties
- Christmas greenery and berries
- White paint
Make the snowman shape.
Before starting to create the snowman shape, spray paint both wreaths white. This will help hide the wicker wreath forms.
With the three zip ties, attach both wreaths together to form a snowman shape.
I thread the ties into both wreaths and tightened.
Add fluff to the wreath.
Using 5 dusting pads, I cut them in half and glued them around the wreaths.
Continue to wrap the dust pads until the entire wreath is covered.
Cutting the dusting pads cause shedding, shake off all the loose threads.
Here is how the wreath looks.
Decorate your snowman.
Let’s decorate the snowman with a hat and scarf. I thought it would be cute to use a Santa’s cap and scarf, but wouldn’t a stocking cap and winter scarf look darling too?
Using hot glue to hold the scarf and hat in place. I embellished the brim of the cap with greenery and berries.
It’s always fun creating a craft, especially when they’re super easy and turn out adorable. This cute snowman Christmas wreath will look adorable hanging in your home.
