On today’s Decorate with Us | Fall Series 2022, we are sharing how we style our dining rooms.  I will have Tammy Patina and Paint blog link at the bottom of my page.

Here is my Fall 2022 dining room.  My inspiration for the room was the Dollar Tree Grateful plates I found this year.

Since I had the inspiration, it was time to do the planning on how I wanted to style the table.   I planned it all out, now to gather up everything I wanted to use.  I had everything but two main items, the table runner and dinner plates.

Cute story:  I always tell you, shop your home first before going out and buying something new.  I went through everything I had and still nothing, determined not to go out and buy, I called our dear sweet neighbor friend and told her what I was needing. She said come on over!  We sat in her kitchen, went through her linen closet and dish cabinet and found the perfect two items I was needing to decorate my dining room table.

Let’s start with the table runner.  I knew I wanted to have a runner instead of a tablecloth, but not just running down the center of the table.  I wanted an unusual placement.  Barbara, our neighbor, had the perfect shade of green lace round tablecloth I could style perfectly the way I wanted on my table.  I gathered it into a crazy S shape pattern on the table with the ends at a rounded point.

Now to the centerpiece.  I actually am using the same pieces but with a season look.  Taking the bowl, painted some old pumpkins white, Dollar Tree burnt orange velvet pumpkins and stems I had on hand I created a center piece for my table.

I think I did a pretty cool job with my arrangement.

Adding the black hurricane candleholders back on the table in their original place, but with little bows around the holders in the ribbon I have been using in the rest of our home this Fall.

Place Setting

To the place setting.  I used Dollar Tree antique gold plate chargers, Barbara Fiesta ware gold dinner plates, my yellow striped linen napkins and the inspirational plates from Dollar Tree.

With my table complete I decorated the rest of the room.
