We are decorating a guest bedroom for Christmas today. Joining me are both Tammy Patina and Paint and Niki Life as a LEO wife, I will have their Christmas guest bedrooms down at the end of my post.
I have been running around nonstop over here trying to get things decorated, it is taking me longer than normal. It’s crazy, inside it’s looking like Christmas, but out on the porch I still have Fall! Oh well, soon I will be out there decorating for the right season. 🙂
I decided to share the guest bedroom/playroom all decorated for Christmas. I am keeping this room pretty simple since it is Kehlani’s playroom most of the time. Switching out a few items to make it festive for guest and Kehlani!
I kept the bedding as is but switched out the accent pillow with an 18×18 size holiday pillow. I used this pillow in our Master bedroom a couple years ago.
Nothing screams Christmas like a mini-Christmas tree sitting on a nightstand.
To the other nightstand, I switched the faux potted plant with a vase with Christmas greenery and a pinecone pick.
To the top of the chest, I switched out the everyday decor with Christmas decor. An easy switch to seasonal items.
I love how this all looks. Just enough to bring a Christmas vibe to the space.
To the vase I added 4 Christmas stems. I bent the stems to create a wider arrangement.
Placing two Christmas trees and a Santa to the other side to complete the look of the vignette.
One more fun addition to the room, I added a large coloring page of a reindeer, she loves for both of us to color when she is here.
I hope you create a space you will love over the holidays! I am so thankful for each and every one of you for being here! Thank you very much!

Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
Terrie what a beautiful room for your guests at Christmas. I am sure they will feel super special and blessed to stay in such a beautiful space. Great job and thanks for sharing!
