HOLIDAY JOY BEDROOM INSPO

Today’s blog post is all about how I decorated our master bedroom for Christmas, and I can’t wait to be lounging in this room watching Hallmark Christmas movies. This is always my spot this time of year when Mr. Tip is watching football.

Welcome back to Decorate with Us | Christmas Season 2024, Master Bedroom!  At the end of my post, I will have both Tammy and Teresa’s links for you to check over to their pages to see how they styled their bedrooms.

Let’s talk details! You know I love to layer our bed.  Christmas is fitting since we need coziness.  I found all my bedding in discount stores.  The linen color comforter was found in Roses Discount store and the green comforter set on Temu.  All the accent pieces complete the look of the bed.  The JOY pillow I found in Beall’s discount store and the two furry pillows in Roses discount store.  The extra large king size knitted blanket on Amazon.  The green throw I found a couple years ago in TjMaxx.

First year I placed garland on the headboard.  This feel like real greenery garland was purchased on Temu.  I added silk ivory ribbon to each end.  It gives the bed one last touch.

To each night stand I placed a Christmas tree and a natural nutcracker.  The trees I purchased years ago in Hobby Lobby, the nutcrackers candleholder I purchased this year.  The apple cider candle was purchased in Roses discount store.

To the chest of drawers, I made a pine and pinecone arrangement with a vase and candle.

To the top of the TV cabinet, I added two vases with greenery and pinecone stems, a small Christmas tree, Joy wording plaque and a strand of bells.  All were purchased years and years ago.

I hung a green and cream plaid throw to the ladder, placing it behind the steps instead of in front.  I also took two stems and made a pine and pinecone swag.

I put a garland on the shelf and in the basket, I placed a pine and pinecone pick to match the rest of the stems I used in the room.

For my three frames I added three coloring book pages, colored them and placed them into the frames.  I added another DIY swag to the top frame.

Aren’t they the cutest in the frames?

The last space I want to share is the top of my dresser.

The three candleholders, normally sit in the family room are now sitting in the bedroom.

Again, a Roses purchase over the fall season, the church frame.  I also sat another Hobby Lobby Christmas tree next to one of the candleholders.

I found this large wooden ball garland in Beall’s a couple months ago.  I placed them in a wooden tray with greenery.  I love the look of them with the greenery.

That wraps up the tour of my holiday joy master bedroom! What do you think?  I used a lot of greenery, wood decor and Christmas trees.

A little different than the festive colors and decorations I have shared last week, but when I found the JOY throw pillow that gave me the inspiration to decorate with serene colors of green, cream and wood tones.

Thanks for coming by, tomorrow we will be decorating the laundry room!

I will have a video of me decorating our master suite later tonight on my social media.
