Hello there! I know another post from me again today! I am overloaded with inspiration to share with you today!
Welcome back to this month’s Top Shelf Clearance Challenge. If you missed my past Top Shelf Clearance challenges you can go catch up {{TOP SHELF CLEARANCE CHALLENGE}}. I am joining a great group of friends on our Challenge, I linked at the bottom of my post all of their blogs for you.
I have been searching for a long neck glass vase and lo and behold I found one at TjMaxx for a fraction of the price. Now, on the search find something to place inside it. I was in Michael’s and found Bay leaves stems on clearance.
I will list all the sources below under SHOP THIS LOOK.

I removed the stickers from the long neck bottle and place my wooden heart beads around the neck.
I am only wanting three stems in my vase. The price was so “CHEAP” I could have purchased a couple more. BUT our maximum amount for the challenge was $15.00.
Rule of thumb for a traditional arrangement; the length of the stems should be no more than one and a half to two times the height of a vase. Adding the stems inside the bottle by criss-crossing the stems.
I love the look of the Bay leave stem. To see how I am using this arrangement on my Easter Table, the blog went live this morning. You can check it out SIMPLE EASTER TABLESCAPE TOUR.

Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
Such a great price for something you’ll be able to style with over and over. Great finds!
You are so right. I am hoping to find more great stems to place in the bottle vase. Thank you Susan.
Terrie, how cute is this! Such great style and on the cheap too!
I wanted one of those bottle jar vases for such a long time and even was hunting or asking for someone to give me their empty apple cider bottle but no one would! I am so happy that I found that at TjMaxx and then the stems on clearance. I guess I should of played the lottery that week! Thanks for stopping by my sweet friend!
Terrie, this is simply perfect! It goes to show that with little money you can create something beautiful!!

Thanks Emily! I really was surprised to find the bay leaf stems for that price. I was looking and had a hard time paying for what they wanted for one little stem. I do love my challenge home decor. It has been fun working with you on all of them and can’t wait for the next one!
I love this, Terrie! Those stems are so incredibly realistic and you styled them beautifully.
Thanks Tara! They really do and for that price. I am on the hunt for some flowery branches. Always something isn’t it girl? Hope you have a great day. Love working with you on all our projects!
