Hey sweet friend, welcome back! This week we have tons of decorating to do. We will be tackling the decorating in the kitchen. Starting in the kitchen nook with the table, bench and tray tower. Are you ready?
Fall is the perfect season to bring some warmth into your kitchen with cozy fall decor ideas. The kitchen is often the heart of the home, where family and friends gather, so why not make it as inviting as possible.
Both Tammy, Patina and Paint and I will provide you some easy ways to add Fall to your kitchen. I will have Tammy’s blog link at the bottom of my page.
Simple Elements to Add in Your Kitchen
Fall Florals
One of the easiest ways to bring the beauty of fall into your kitchen is with seasonal flowers. (I love using faux stems.)
Orange eucalyptus leaves, festive fall leaves floral bushes, and mixed color astilbe flower bush are excellent choices that add vibrant color for an arrangement. Arrange them in a simple vase for a charming centerpiece on your kitchen table.
A simple fall pick into a wreath creates just the right amount of goodness to a door or window.
Another simple way to style a wreath is by clipping Dollar Tree clip on mini velvet pumpkins in an everyday wreath to dress it up for fall.
I also add a touch of fall stems for a long-lasting fall display in a wreath. A smaller wreath fits nicely in the top tray of my tower.
Basic Pumpkins
Pumpkins are the main symbol of the fall season, so it only makes sense to fill your home with them! Decorating with pumpkins is a fun way to spread festive cheer throughout your home inside or out.
If you’re looking to fill some empty areas, grab a cute container and fill it with pumpkins and gourds. Add raffia in the bottom to fill up space.
To decorate a tray anywhere in your home, you can easily switch it up for fall with pumpkins with or without other fall elements.
Fall Wreaths
Fall wreaths are a creative and affordable way to celebrate the season in your home.
Grapevine wreaths are a staple fall decoration, a simple way to add your own personality to a space is by creating a wreath yourself. Using one simple fall pick and ribbon, as easy as it gets.
A wreath also looks great used as a tray filler or a candle ring. I have made several to style in our home all year around. To view all my wreaths, you can view here. DIY WREATHS.
For the kitchen nook, I used the three items to create a festive autumn vibe. Tomorrow I’ll be sharing the hutch which will finish the kitchen nook’s fall decorating!
I hope you enjoyed seeing a little peek into my kitchen and the simple fall touches I added.

Stay strong and God bless! ♥
Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
Excellent job Terrie! You always do such a great job decorating. If today’s decor is any indication of what the rest of the kitchen will look like – I can’t wait!
thank you so much my sweet friend. Hope you have a wonderful day.
