Welcome back to Decorate with Us – Fall season 2024, Tammy over Patina and Paint and I have been sharing how we decorate our homes for Fall. Today, we are sharing our mantels. Tammy’s link will be down at the end of my post.
As I was scanning Kirkland’s website, I spotted the Pumpkins and Mixed Florals Framed Canvas, I knew it would be my inspiration!
Fall Mantel
I placed the frame up on the wall in the center above the mantel. To place next to the frame I added a neutral vase, and two bundles of Hobby Lobby sprays I had on hand.
Adding the vase of florals next to the frame enhances all the beautiful fall colors, also it allows me to tie all the colors I styled throughout the family room.
I love the pop of color the pumpkins provide, and to, what would fall feel without at least one pumpkin or three up on your mantel?
3 simple pumpkins were the right number to use here on my mantel. Two orange terracotta painted pumpkins at each end and one cream to sit in the center.
To the mantel I am using 4 brass candlesticks and two wooden candleholders to sit next to the orange pumpkins.
I absolutely loved the Amazon flickering candles. Both our remote accessible, which is handy being up on the mantel. Two 3 x3 pillar candles and 4 tapered candles (similar candles).
I am still tweaking my decorations up on my mantel.
I gathered up Dollar General leaf stems, a spray from Hobby Lobby and several small bundles of Dollar Trees white cocktails to spread onto of the mantel. However, I realized the 4 leaf stems weren’t enough, so I brought out a leaf garland to place on the mantel first and then added the others back to the mantel.
I placed a cream pumpkin in the center to finish off the mantel.
Fall Hearth
To the hearth I placed back my black lanterns with a DIY leaf wreath and a small pumpkin.
This wraps up decorating the family room for fall. Next week will be the dining room and some wreath making. Should be a lot of fun. I hope you come back and see how I am decorating the dining room!

Stay strong and God bless! ♥
Decorating our home on a budget is my thrill. I think a home can look beautiful without breaking the bank. Your home should bring the best out of you and make you feel happy. You should smile every time you enter your home. 🙂
This is just beautiful! I love the creamy whites with the fall color. Very inspiring!
Your mantle matches the rest of your fall living room perfectly! I love your use of fall florals and that print from Kirklands is wonderful. Great job Terrie and thanks for sharing with us!
