TABLE AND CHAIRS HAVE BEEN POSTED!

Hello my sweet friends!

Whew!  I am so thankful this project is done!  It was so hot out in the garage painting this set.  I finally just painted early morning and stop mid morning before the heat was unbearable.

I just love how the table and chairs turned out.  As you can see I decided to go with a light grey for the table top and applied grey buffalo check to the seat cushions.

Remember what it looked like before?

Actually after this picture, we stained it a mahogany, I don’t have a good picture of the whole table stained dark, but here are the legs of the table prior to the new white paint.

I painted the legs, table apron and all 4 chairs Waverly white chalk paint and distressed around the edges.

Before I painted the chairs, I tightened all the screws to make everything nice and sturdy.

I found this grey buffalo check fabric at Wal-mart.  Thought it would look great for the chair cushions.

Using Waverly chalk paint in Mineral I painted the top portion.  I distressed  just the edges and detail trim.

I really think it turned out extremely cute.  What do you think?

I posted the table on a couple Facebook Yard Sale pages.  Let’s see how it goes.

Here are the photos I posted.
