OFFICE SUPPLY ITEMS IN MY CLEANING CADDY

Hello there!

I bet you never would of thought I would be sharing office supplies with you.  Are you wondering why in the world I would need office supplies while I clean?   Well….let me just tell you!

Here’s why!

Do you ever find little nicks and scratches when you clean and dust?  I do all the time.  When I find these little boo-boos I grab these two items and do an easy fix without grabbing a paint brush and paint.

Having white trim throughout my home and white furniture a nick sticks out like a sore thumb.  I grab my bottle of white out and start touching up the nicks and scratches.

I like to buy the White Out with the little brush and not the one with a sponge end.

When I open my lantern to dust inside, the door rubs the bottom causing it to remove the paint.

I take the white out and dab it on the area.

Dabbing it on all the area.  It does a pretty good job of hiding the nicks.

Another area that seems to get abused is my white painted wood trim.

Using my little quick fix white out!

Can’t even tell that I used to have places nicked.

Even on my brick fireplace.

For my regular stained furniture I like to grab my black sharpie.

Doing the same as the white out after dusting I fill in the nick with my sharpie.  I take my finger and rub just a little where I marked.  And there you have it.

Again, I dust, fill in and rub lightly.  That’s it….a quick fix.

I use my sharpie on a lot of items.  I even use it on my dark brown leather furniture.

It isn’t going to fix the scratches or nick, but it will camouflage them.  Just a great little tip for keeping your furniture and white painted item look their best.

I make sure I keep these handy.  I use both on several things around my home.  I hope you find this little trick helpful.  Thank you for stopping!
